At Supremebakers, we take great care in preparing fresh and high-quality baked goods. Since our products are perishable, we have the following policy for returns and refunds:

🔹 No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

🔹 Refunds & Replacements:

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the issue for verification.

We will offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders might get delayed due to natural calamities or any other exigencies in the state/region.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on pin codes and total weight of parcel.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Free Shipping within India on minimum order value of Rs 1500 and above. Hence you will not pay any additional shipping charges at the time of checkout. In case your order value is less than Rs 1500 you will see the shipping charges at the time of checkout, in addition to the product prices.
